There really aren't many things better than a trampoline for sensory seekers. We have had a number of trampolines over the last 15 years, and this is our favorite so far.

It is tough to find a balance between budget and quality for sure. You can find high quality trampolines that cost several thousands of dollars. If you are a family on a budget, however, you can still find quality. Our kids love the feeling of the bounce and spend hours on this daily.

One of the biggest reasons I love this trampoline is the netting supports. They are made of fiberglass and are very sturdy. Previously, every tramp we've had has had steel supports, which my children invariably bend out of shape. We haven't had a net last longer than one summer previously.

I also like this model because the legs are powder coated to protect against rust. The Epic series from Skywalker comes with a 10 year warranty, so you get peace of mind as well.

The Swingset/Slide

We've also had a number of swingsets over the years. Lifetime is a standout company, and this has been well worth the money for us.

We had a wooden playset before this, and it started to disintegrate in the weather after just a few years. You can make them last longer with applications of paint or weather protectant stain, but that is a lot of work.

We have had this particular swingset from lifetime for 6 years now, and have moved two times since owning it. It is still in top shape, no rusting, and it's relatively simple to disassemble and reassemble. The swing height is great for my 10 year old sensory seeker. There are many different life time swing set models but we have loved this size it does all we need without a lot of bulk.
